360 DEGREES VS. STILL PICTURES
You can't make a great picture out of an ugly room, so why show it?
The smart thing to do is only photograph a room if it offers
selling points capable of GENERATING a sale. When I am asked
to photograph a property, I ask myself, "Can I really TEASE
a buyer with this picture?" If my answer is no, I don't take the picture.
Every property has something special to offer; my role is to help you find
it and show it efficiently. So show less, but show best! Stop sabotaging your
efforts by showcasing bad pictures.
360 Degrees vs. Still Pictures:
Surveys have shown
that 360-degree motion type tours are generally not well
received by users. They complain about long download times,
fuzzy and/or distorted images and how difficult it is to
navigate the technology.
